This was one of the best beer dinners we’ve been to yet. I even managed to break out my editing skills so you can see the food and beer while listening to Chef Bruce Patton, Tom Dalldorf of Celebrator, and Sean Knoll of Artisanal Imports tell you about it.
I’ve been using professional editing systems (like FCP and Premiere) for years, but when I tried to edit this video with the free program that came with my Windows system, I was frustrated. Eventually I figured out how to get around many of the limitations, but I’m still not entirely pleased and it takes me at least twice as long as it should. We’ll see if I stick with this program or if I have to go hunt down something better.
