Moylan’s and the Beer Chef

Yet another beer dinner for us this past Friday–Bruce Patton paired his dishes with Moylan’s this time. I thought the Lobster cake paired with Dragoon’s Irish Stout was particularly inspired–and unexpected.

I got the chance to talk to Moylan’s brewmaster Denise Jones before the dinner for an article I’m writing for the California Beerzine. Keep an eye out for it, and for excerpts that I’ll post here in the coming weeks. I was a bit tongue-tied, but she was easy to talk to and clearly very passionate about brewing great beer.
